LTB Rescue is a service provided by After Hours Legal Services, a legal office that specializes in difficult and challenging tenancies. Our team is dedicated to providing landlords and tenants with the legal support they need to manage and resolve tenancy disputes effectively.
Who We Are
After Hours Legal Services (AHLS) specializes in ordinary, difficult and challenging tenancies, and has represented both landlords and tenants at the Landlord and Tenant Board ensuring fair hearings and positive outcomes.
Our flat rate LTB Rescue services help both landlords and tenants by providing last minute representation at the Landlord and Tenant Board, and carriage of any already in-process applications previously filed or needing to be filed with the Landlord and Tenant Board.
Our office also provides consultations and reviews of previously given Notices and/or filed Applications in tenancy disputes to ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, S. O. 2006, c. 17. (RTA)
