Who We Are
LTB Rescue is a service provided by After Hours Legal Services, a legal office that specializes in difficult and challenging tenancies. Our team of licensed paralegals is dedicated to providing landlords and tenants with the legal support they need to manage and resolve tenancy disputes effectively.
Many times, landlord and tenant disputes can be resolved through education, communication and compromise, however, some disputes, including rent arrears, evictions, and property damage, may require a hearing at the landlord and tenant board.
Even after a hearing at the landlord and tenant board, you may need additional services and support such as Sheriff Enforcement, filing the order with the Small Claims Court, Garnishment of wages, Writs against the rental property, Police assistance and other enforcement measures.
We have the experience to help you navigate both the landlord and tenant board (LTB) process but also enforcement of the Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) order at the Small Claims Court.
Who We Are
LTB Rescue is a specialized Landlord and Tenant Board service that provides legal assistance for landlords or tenants that are facing issues with their rental property.
Based in Welland, Ontario, LTB Rescue and After Hours Legal Services (AHLS) specialize in ordinary, difficult and challenging tenancies, and has represented both landlords and tenants at the Landlord and Tenant Board ensuring fair hearings and positive outcomes.
Our clients are located throughout Ontario as landlord and tenant Board hearings are heard through Zoom meetings and there is no longer a requirement to attend hearings in person.
Our flat rate and monthly payment plan options make our services affordable for most small landlords and tenants.
LTB Rescue services help both landlords and tenants by providing last minute representation at the Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB), and carriage of any already in-process applications previously filed or needing to be filed with the Landlord and Tenant Board.
Our office also provides consultations and reviews of previously given Notices and/or filed Applications in tenancy disputes to ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, S. O. 2006, c. 17. (RTA)
